Huixian City Huada Filter Factory was officially established, specialising in the development and production of air filters for heavy-duty vehicles and industrial lubricant filters. Starting with filter manufacturing, the company has laid a solid foundation for its industrial operations.

We independently developed the first foldable oil-air separator filter element for screw-type air compressors, overcoming a technical challenge facing the industry and paving the way for the in-house development of specialised filtration components for air compressors.

Having overcome the technical bottleneck of ‘tension-balanced control’, the company independently designed and manufactured its first multi-layer fibreglass automatic winding machine, resulting in the production of Aipuli’s first wound-type oil-injected screw oil-gas separator filter element.

By deepening our market presence and building up core expertise, we have focused our core business on the ‘three filters’ segment for screw-type air compressors, whilst strategically positioning ourselves within the specialised market for air compressor filtration and separation cartridges.

The company relocated to Xinxiang, the ‘Capital of Industrial Filtration in China’, to establish a standardised production base; it launched the ‘AIRPULL’ dual-brand trademark, obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and embarked on a new chapter of branded and standardised operations.

We established a subsidiary in Shanghai and gradually built up a warehousing network covering 15 regional hub cities across the country, establishing a ‘T+15’ logistics response system. We achieved a strategic transition from ‘local manufacturing’ to ‘smart manufacturing in China’.

With the launch of a new product range of lubricants specifically designed for air compressors, the company established a one-stop ‘filtration and lubrication’ solution, marking the start of its transformation from a supplier of individual filtration components to a systems service provider. In the same year, it was awarded the title of ‘Famous Trademark of Henan Province’.

In 2018, AIRPULL officially launched its Digital Transformation Initiative, comprehensively deploying enterprise systems includingERP, CRM, and OA. This full-scale digital upgrade has infused newmomentum into the company' soperations.

An intelligent industrial filtration industrial park with a planned annual production capacity of 2 million sets, expanding into new product categories such as centrifuges, vacuum pumps and dust filters, to create a comprehensive range of filtration products covering intake, exhaust and lubrication systems.

The company has been recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Henan Province ‘Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative’ enterprise, and has been approved to establish the Xinxiang Engineering Technology Research Centre for Gas Compressor Filtration and Separation; it has also achieved certification for the three major management systems: environmental, occupational health and safety, and quality.

A 35,000 square metre modern smart manufacturing park has officially commenced operations, with a designed annual production capacity of over 2 million sets. Having been recognised as a ‘Smart Factory’ and a ‘Digital Transformation Enterprise’ by Henan Province, this marks Aipuli’s official entry into a new phase of ‘digital smart manufacturing’.

Coinciding with the brand’s 30th anniversary and guided by its strategic plan for the next five years, the company is committed to continuous iteration and upgrading through new technologies, new business formats and new models. It is dedicated to becoming a globally trusted expert in compressed gas filtration engineering and is accelerating its transition into a provider of comprehensive solutions for compressor filtration systems.
