Every AIRPULL air compressor filter passes through the hands of people across production, engineering, sales and support. Earlier this July, those same people stepped off the workshop floor for two days — to work, laugh and think as one team. These photos are a snapshot.
1. One workshop floor, four teams
Colleagues from production, engineering, sales and support were mixed into four color-coded teams — orange, red, blue, green. Why? Because the people who design, build and ship your filters rarely sit at the same desk. Putting them on the same playing field changes how they talk on Monday morning.

2. Drum-mania relay — coordination under pressure
An outdoor relay built around inflatable drums and drumsticks. Coordination, pace and clean handoffs — the same skills that decide whether your PO ships on time or slips a week.

3. A life-size board game — planning and trust
Back indoors, a life-size board game took over the lobby. Four teams, one giant inflatable dice, plenty of laughter. Behind the noise: a quiet lesson in planning, sequence and trusting the next teammate.

4. Open-floor debrief — what we take back to the bench
The two days closed the way a good shift should: people sitting in a circle, sharing what worked, what didn't, and what to carry back to the bench. No slides. No formal speeches. Just honest conversation between colleagues who had been through the same challenge.
