Product Overview
The oil separator element sits in the compressor's separation tower and does the heavy lifting on air quality. As oil-laden compressed air passes through the pleated glass-fiber media, tiny oil aerosols coalesce into droplets, drain back to the sump, and only clean, dry air leaves the element. That's what keeps your oil consumption down and your air clean enough for painting, instrumentation and breathing-air prep.
Every element is built on AIRPULL's L1–L3 production lines with IQC / PQC / FQC checks at each stage. The pleat pack is secured against media migration, end caps are bonded to prevent bypass, and the gasket matches the original equipment spec for a true drop-in fit. Result: stable pressure drop across the service interval and predictable change-out timing.
