How are filters packaged for international transportation?

Standard Export Packaging

• Individual Filter Packaging (Inner Packaging)
• Each filter is individually sealed in a PE plastic bag for moisture and dust protection
• A product label is affixed to each bag: product name, model, quantity, batch number, and production date
• Deformable products such as air intake filters receive additional protection with bubble wrap / EPE foam
• Bulk Carton Packing (Outer Packaging)
• 5-ply corrugated cartons that meet international shipping standards
• Internal cushioning: EPE foam dividers / foam inserts secure the products and prevent movement
• Each carton is kept within 30–50 kg for easy handling and loading
• Carton exterior markings: product name, quantity, gross/net weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping marks (MADE IN CHINA)
• Palletizing (Full Container / Bulk Shipments)
• Cartons are neatly stacked on standard export wooden pallets
• Secured with stretch film wrapping, with corner protectors on all four corners to prevent impact damage
• Total pallet height does not exceed 2.2 m (or per customer requirements)
• Stacking patterns can be optimized for FCL shipments to maximize space utilization

Special Protection Options (Available on Request)

• Vacuum-compression packaging — Reduces volume and lowers ocean freight costs
• Anti-rust treatment — Metal end-cap products are sprayed with anti-rust oil and wrapped in VCI paper
• Desiccant — Industrial desiccant placed inside cartons; ideal for high-humidity destination ports or long-term storage
• Humidity indicator card — Allows the consignee to easily check for moisture exposure during transit
• Wooden crate reinforcement — Fragile or overweight products are packed in plywood or fumigated solid-wood crates

Customized Packaging Services

• Customer-branded logos, barcodes, and QR codes can be printed
• Labels customized to your specified format and language(s)
• Special box styles, opening methods, and internal divider designs are all negotiable
• Custom packaging may incur one-time tooling or design fees (depending on complexity)

Packaging Quality Assurance

• All packaging materials pass factory inspection to ensure strength and environmental compliance
• The packing process is covered by IPQC patrol inspections to eliminate missing or incorrect items
• Packaging integrity is sample-checked before shipment
• If transit damage is caused by packaging issues, we take responsibility for compatible (per agreement)
