Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Sample Policy

• Scope: The vast majority of standard models (including air intake filters, oil filters, air-oil separators, etc.)
• Sample quantity per request: Usually 10+ pieces per model, depending on the model
• Sample cost: By negotiated price
• Freight: Borne by the customer

How to Request Samples

• 1. Tell us the OEM part number or model name you need, along with the target application.
• 2. After confirming stock and specifications, we issue a sample quotation.
• 3. Once you confirm and pay, we arrange shipment.
• 4. Test and evaluate the samples upon receipt; once confirmed, you can proceed to bulk purchasing.

What Samples Help You Do

• Quality verification - Inspect materials, workmanship, sealing, and appearance firsthand
• Compatibility testing - Install on actual equipment to confirm dimensions, connections, and operational fit
• Performance comparison - Benchmark filtration efficiency, pressure drop, and service life against OEM parts or competitors
• Customer/end-user approval - Submit samples to your end customers or technical team for review

From Samples to Bulk Orders

• Once samples pass testing, we help you determine bulk MOQ, lead time, and pricing tiers
