sales@airpulltech.comYes. Based on OEM part numbers, dimensional data, technical drawings, or physical samples, we can manufacture compatible filters for discontinued or hard-to-source compressor models.
How We Handle Discontinued-Model Requests
- 1. Information gathering - you provide any of the following: OEM part number, photos/physical sample of the old filter, dimensional data, or drawings.
- 2. Reverse engineering - our technical team performs dimensional measurement, material analysis, and structural teardown of the sample.
- 3. Solution confirmation - we issue a compatible proposal with clear key-parameter comparisons and performance commitments.
- 4. Sample validation - first-article samples are produced for your on-machine testing.
- 5. Bulk delivery - stable supply begins once testing is passed.
Information You Can Provide (Any One Is Enough)
- OEM part number - even if discontinued, our historical database may still have a record
- Compressor brand + model - e.g., Sullair LS20S-100H or Fusheng SA37A
- Physical sample of the old filter - send us an old part for reverse engineering (most recommended)
- Dimensional measurements - outer diameter x height x inner diameter, connection thread specs, and sealing surface type
- Technical drawings - if you have original engineering drawings or manual screenshots
Coverage of Common Discontinued Models
- Legacy European & American models - e.g., early Atlas Copco GT/GA series, Ingersoll Rand SSR/T series
- Discontinued Japanese & Korean brands - e.g., Hitachi OSP series, Kobelco KNW series
- Older Chinese equipment - e.g., early Kaishan / Fusheng / Hanbell models
- Niche / imported second-hand equipment - custom production is possible as long as a sample or drawing can be provided
Why Choose AIRPULL for Discontinued compatible
- Strong reverse-engineering capability - full sample measurement and material analysis capacity
- Traceable materials - filter media equal to or better than OEM
- Fast turnaround - typically only 3-7 working days from receiving the sample to delivering the prototype
- Performance guarantee - compatible filtration efficiency and service life not lower than OEM standards
Notes
- For first-time cooperation, we recommend ordering samples for actual on-machine validation first
- Some extremely rare models may require new tooling; costs and timelines are evaluated per project
- If the machine has exceeded its design life, we recommend evaluating the overall unit condition in parallel to ensure safe operation
